They are now available in South Africa. Southern African Motorcycles (SAM) are the sole distributors of Jonway Motorcycles in SA. With Jonway - motorcycling is no longer the domain of the wealthy. Jonways are available at the lowest prices without compromising on quality.

Our Markets

Jonway Motorcycles cater to a variety of markets. The main target market is the 16 year old teenager. As South African legislation allows for a 16 year old to obtain a drivers license for a 125cc motorcycle these bikes are ideally suited to this market. Because of stylish looks and excellent fuel economy, gone are the days of the old 50cc.

Parents of these teenagers will also experience the joy of the Jonway Motorcycle. With excellent fuel economy they've become a very affordable means of transportation. The convenience of not having to cart children to school and extra-mural activities is a bonus for any parent. Our Distribution

Southern African Merchants have warehousing and offices situated in the Honeydew area of Roodepoort, where they carry a full range of stock as well as spares for all models. SAM supplies the cycles to a national network of bike shops who in turn supply the purchaser.
